Location: North Shore
Full time/ Part-Time, Permanent

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to run multiple projects, communicate to clients by emails and phone calls, manage emails, manage invoices, monitor marketing campaigns, provide daily reports and other tasks. The position requires individuals to be able to work in fast paced environment and manage their time efficiently. You must be enthusiastic and able to engage with clients and build relationships.

    Responsibilities:

  • Administration support
  • Attend sales and staff meetings
  • Manage and monitor confidential documents such as transactions and development plans
  • Replying to emails, phone calls and social media messages
  • Posting and updating listings and posting marketing material
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Responsible for trust accounts including commission cheques, deposit cheques, interest bearing term deposits, dealing with excess deposits, and writing trust cheques
  • Processing sales documents
  • Gather data, statistics and input information
    Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Video and photo editing skills (preferred)
  • Hourly Wage: $18.00-24.00/ Hour
    Education:

  • Secondary School (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience: Administrative assistance: 1 year (preferred)

    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

    Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
